I think we need some pretty major surgery to get rid of players who for one reason or other are hurting more than they are helping.
Out:Antonio, Obiang, Kouyate, Ayew, Carroll, Sakho
In: Mawson, Ki, Lookman, Schneiderlin, Ings, Dembele, and one of Barkley or Wilshere

It's january so don't expect a major overhaul as that never happens.
1 or 2 may go out and 2 or 3 may come in.
For me I would let Sakho go as he is obviously not happy and either Ayew or Carroll depending on the best deal.
We need a defensive midfielder, a right sided defender and a pacy forward player.

I really don't like the Jan window, I think it's a distraction and should be scrapped. That said, I hope we clear out some of our shit. In the summer we cleared out pretty much all of that shit we brought in the year before, but here we are again with another load of shit we want offloaded.

Two midfielders able to pass and tackle between them, pace and dynamism from both.
Wouldn’t be sad to see Carrol and/or Sakho go if replaced - although if they stay no need for more strikers.
Ayew out for a pacey winger.
Max 2-3 players in - will never see an overhaul in January but if there is cash available plus players out hopefully we can land some quality (won’t hold my breath!)
